Return policy :
• You may return new items sold from online Store Sammi Jewellers within 14 days from invoice date if only this reasons below:
• items should be returned in their original product packaging(item box) with the original product tags attached , if the product tag is removed there is no refund or exchange as per our policy.
• Returning new sold item for refund or exchange, all shipping cost paid by customer with postal tracking/signature information.
• Contact our Customer Care team via email : info@sammijewellers.com regarding exchange, refund or any other question.
• We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order excluding any delivery charges within 15 to 25 business days of receiving your returned item. Sammi Jewellers will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.
NOTE : THIS POLICY IS ONLY FOR NEW ZELAND AND AUSTRALIA HOWEVER EXCHANGE, REFUND AND SHIPPING TIME
PERIOD IS DIFFRENT FOR AUSTRALIA.

Items will be delivered in Auckland with in 1 to 5 Business Days and out of Auckland and Australia within the timeframe indicated 1 to 14 Business Days.
